LMF funding comes from a combination of internal funds, private investors, private investors/packagers in single family homes for portfolio resale to hedge funds, and from wholesalers that elect to invest for yield participation and repurchase opportunities.

We are represented by Lorium Law, a medium sized firm of about 20 lawyers with offices in BocaRaton, Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL . The engagement partner is Michael Karsch, Esq. The firm has other hard money lender clients and experienced at this and securities law.
Last Mile Funding, LLC(“LMF”), a Gap Equity Funder, is a Florida LLC, and an affiliate ofRevitalize Funding, LLC (a commercial real estate mortgage brokerage withcombined experience of 15+ years in the industry). Revitalize will not solicithard money deals on these transactions. These transactions usually come in witha hard money lender ready to close.
